Oat Cosmetics has gained COSMOS approval for three of its products. The company’s Colloidal Oatmeal, a skin soothing ingredient with anti-inflammatory properties, and Superfine Oat Flours P and L, which are used as gelling ingredients for lotions and creams have met the requirements to be certified 100% natural.
