Quality Manager

We’re looking for a strong leader with significant Quality experience to manage a large team – pharma, personal care, cosmetics, fragrance & flavours experience all considered.

Location: South East
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus very attractive benefits
Closing Date: 31/12/2014

Our client, a global business, has built an excellent reputation in its field. Having posted strong financial results for another successive quarter, the company has a rare opening available, for a Quality Manager.

Leading a large Quality team (with the number of direct reports well into double figures), the key to this position is strong leadership skills. Site-based, you will liaise closely with Regulatory and Production teams, and as a result, your ability to influence others is crucial to the role’s success. You will have the opportunity to make the department your own – we are looking for someone to bring energy and enthusiasm to the business, to lead a team that includes some highly experienced personnel.

With excellent prospects for career progression, the company can offer a very competitive basic salary, in addition to a highly attractive benefits package including performance related bonus, private medical care, a good pension scheme and relocation allowance.

We are keen to hear from candidates from a number of different sectors, but experience within chemicals, pharmaceuticals, fragrances, flavours, personal care or household care products would be particularly beneficial.

If you have led a Quality team in any of the above industries and have a high level of technical integrity, with strong leadership and influencing skills, we want to hear from you. We are looking for an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrable experience of owning the Quality Management System for your current company. Get in touch to discuss an opportunity not to be missed!

Whilst we would like to respond to all our on-line applicants, regrettably we are unable to do so due to the high volumes we receive.
