A vital role ensuring the team’s success for 2022

A well-established privately owned Personal Care Brand house has ambitious growth plans in place and this vital role will be leading that activity and ensuring the team’s success for 2022.

Established relationships within the UK Grocery sector is essential whether you come from a Beauty/Personal Care background or other FMCG category such as Food.

Overseeing the whole sales function including Pharmacy, Export, you’ll have a team of 5/6 reporting in. Leading commercial meetings around sales forecasting and account management you will own the monthly Forecasting Cycle, ensuring that Supply Chain and Production are aware of any variances. Evaluating all trade activity and promotional plans to ensure a positive ROI for the business; coaching and developing the Sales team to ensure monthly growth targets and achieved and exceeded!
