You have lots of big cities with minimal space and many small apartments. So we need small packs that are easy to store and/or easy to stack.

These very small spaces often have easy access to stores, so we stock less packaging in the house and tend to stock smaller sizes in these small apartments. Our customers are asking us for new solutions in terms of storage.

Also, we are consuming more and more out of the home; we go to work, the gym, away for the weekend etc. This has a very important impact on packaging: where do they [consumers] use this product? Do we need connection: Bluetooth, WiFi and so on?

2. Experience seeking

In beauty we don’t simply want a product experience, we want a ‘ritual’. It’s what millennials are looking for.
