A&R Carton increases ownership in SP Containers

A&R now holds 67% majority


A&R Carton has announced it has acquired an additional 34% of shares in Speciality Paperboard Containers to give it a majority holding of 67%. The acquisition is hoped to develop SP Containers’ business at a faster rate, whilst broadening A&R Carton’s portfolio with the addition of a paperboard business.
