The collection’s packaging stars the original Disney cartoon version of the warrior princess who disguised herself as a man in order to go to war
For Disney fans in the UK, a new Mulan-themed beauty range has been launched in A.S. Watson-owned retailer Superdrug in anticipation of the film remake due to be released on 27 March.
The collection features packaging starring the warrior princess, as well as cherry blossom and a Chinese seal design.
The products are manufactured by Mad Beauty, which is the long time product partner of Disney; the company has previously created Minnie and Mickey Mouse beauty products, as well as a Disney Villains face mask range.
Among the Mulan products are a Face Mask, Lip Balm, Bath Tea, Bath & Body Set and Eyeshadow Palette.
A make-up brush set is also included in the collection featuring four brushes and a beauty blender with gold detailing.
The 2020 release of the action drama is directed by Niki Caro and will star Yifei Liu as the fearless young woman who disguises herself as a man in order to go to battle.
