Direct selling company Amway to build a $25m manufacturing facility in Binh Duong, Vietnam

Direct selling company Amway is to open a new $25m manufacturing facility in Binh Duong, Vietnam, scheduled for completion in 2015.

The Binh Duong facility will be the company's second manufacturing site in Vietnam, with the other facility located in the Dong Nai Province. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Amway Vietnam celebrated five years of operation in 2013.

The company is in the midst of a $375m manufacturing and R&D expansion globally, including four facilities in the United States, a new manufacturing facility in India and a second location in China.
