Spanish fragrance firm Armand Basi is launching Wild Forest, a new fragrance for men.
Created by Nathalie Lorson of Firmenich, it has head notes of pepper and nutmeg, heart notes of violet leaf and cedar and base notes of vanilla, incense, leather, patchouli, grey amber and musk. The packaging, designed by Antoni Arola of Barcelona based Estudi Arola, features a glass bottle slotted into a square-shouldered solid block of wood, with a ‘window’ to view the level inside the bottle. The cap is square and also made of wood, while the outer card packaging is designed to look like wood.
The fragrance will be available in 50ml and 90ml edt concentration. Pricing is not yet available, but other fragrances by the company retail at between US$23 and $45 depending on retailer and bottle size.
