Q: I applied for a new job at the start of lockdown and I was thrilled to find out I'd been invited for an interview.
However, with the pandemic ongoing, I have been told it will be conducted by video, specifically on Zoom.
This has stumped me slightly as, while I am relatively confident in my interviewing skills in person, the thought of talking to someone I have never met and trying to impress them over video seems a little daunting and unnatural.
Do you have any tips that will help me to prepare for it?
