British skin care brand Aurelia Probiotic Skincare has been acquired by global wellness group Health & Happiness (H&H) for an undisclosed sum.

The Hong Kong-based group’s portfolio covers baby nutrition and care, vitamins and supplements, and includes the brands Biostime, Swisse and Dodie.
