Avon has announced it will double its academic scholarship scheme for Avon Representatives.
The incentive will now see 200 top-selling Avon Representatives – or their children and grandchildren – given financial support during their education at university or college.
Each recipient across 25 countries will receive US$2,100 to put towards their academic expenses.
Commenting on the project, Jan Zijderveld, CEO of Avon, said: "Avon is built on a long legacy of deep investments in women.
“We support six million beauty entrepreneurs to run their own businesses, in their own way and on their own terms and we understand the pivotal role of education, skills development and training in fueling a ripple effect for many years to come.
“We are extremely proud that the Avon Foundation is expanding its commitment to helping talented women meet their educational and career goals through this extended scholarship programme – providing Avon Representatives and their families with vital access to new skills, networks and the confidence to succeed."
