Azelis Group, a UK specialty chemicals distributor, has acquired US-based Koda Distribution Group (KDG). The acquisition is expected to close by the end of this year.
The takeover is said to demonstrate Azelis’ “strong commitment” to specialty chemicals and technical service. Following the acquisition, KDG will become known as Azelis Americas; Frank Bergonzi, CEO and President of KDG, who will assume the role of CEO and President of Azelis Americas.
