US-based mineral make-up company Bare Escentuals (Shiseido) has expanded its anti-ageing skincare offering with the new bareMinerals Multi-Wrinkle Repair. Said to be a facial treatment that targets fine lines and deep-set wrinkles, the formula includes the brand's signature ActiveSoil Complex, which claims to help soften fine lines as well as reducing the length and depth of wrinkles.

It also includes rice-derived peptides to help improve cell renewal, along with natural plant extracts such as Aloe Vera Leaf, Galanga Leaf and Raspberry Leaf, and skin-boosting peptide Palmitoyl.

According to the brand's tests, 80 per cent of users noticed a reduction in the appearance of forehead lines and brow furrows following eight weeks' use.

Multi-Wrinkle Repair launches this month priced at £38.
