Beauty Kitchen by Heather Marianna hires its youngest ambassador to date

The natural skin care brand was inspired by Marianna's YouTube series

US cosmetics brand Beauty Kitchen by Heather Marianna has named 13-year-old model and actress Maya Johnson as its latest ambassador.

The Venezuelan has been hired to help Beauty Kitchen to reach teenage consumers and will attend the Emmy 2018 gifting suite on behalf of the brand, as well as other events in the US and Mexico.

"Maya has shown such grace, poise and intelligence in her very young life,” said Heather Marianna, CEO and founder of Beauty Kitchen.

Johnson said: "I am so excited to embark on my international modeling career through Society Entertainment and my new brand ambassadorship Beauty Kitchen."

The brand was founded by the online personality after she launched the Beauty Kitchen YouTube series in 2012, which showcases simple, DIY beauty recipes made with common kitchen household ingredients.
