To mark Elizabeth II becoming the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee, the UK public will ‘get their street party on’ over an extended bank holiday from 2-5 June.
British businesses – specifically in retail and hospitality – are anticipated to enjoy a £1bn boost over the long weekend.
And, of course, the beauty industry is getting in on the act, helping UK revellers look, feel and smell their best.
According to Google Trends, in the past 90 days in the UK, there was a +450% uptick in searches for ‘jubilee nails’ alone.
