Beauty on demand services app bgX has announced a new partnership deal with salon software company SaloniQ.

BgX works by connecting salon services to local communities through its booking system to consumers’ homes or workplaces in the UK.

This new deal seals bgX as an authorised salon management platform and will ensure the maximum number of stylists are available to book for its customers.

Co-founder and CEO of bgX Ali Rafi said: “We are very proud to work with SaloniQ and integrate our platform with an industry leading scheduling software.

“It is an honour to be working with a team that represents so many of the UK’s leading salons.”

Earlier this year bgX partnered with taxi service Uber, helping to connect professionals to consumers across London, Paris and Dubai.

Meanwhile, David Levine, CEO of SaloniQ, added: “We are excited to be partnering with bgX and Uber.

“We certainly see beauty on demand in the future and are pleased to be at the forefront of it.”

The brand started by offering hair styling services but has since added nail and make-up appointment to consumers.

Customers can also choose from a range of looks via the app, which is available to download via Apple stores and Google Play.
