With L'Oréal taking the crown as the world's most valuable beauty brand in 2022, Natura revealed as the strongest beauty player and Estée Lauder the fastest rising company on the top 50, how do the people behind the world's most successful cosmetic players stack up?

Brand Finance also ranks the top 250 ‘brand guardians’, including those in cosmetics and personal care.

Complementing Estée Lauder’s surge in brand strength and value, the top beauty position was filled by Fabrizio Freda, President and CEO of ELC, who was ranked 39th overall with a score of 73.5, up from 47th in 2021.
