LVMH owned beauty brand Benefit has extended its presence in the Spanish market. The brand, which has been present in Spain since 2006, is to open its first stand alone space in November.

The store will be situated in Madrid, in the city's upmarket Marqués de Salamanca area. It will be located on Ayala street, opposite the popular Ayala Food Market. According to the brand, the space will feature Benefit's signature “retro and pin up style” and will also be the location of Benefit's Spanish headquarters.

Benefit began its retail presence in the US through department stores such as Henri Bendel, Saks, Macy’s and Bloomingdales, and in Europe through Harrods, Selfridges, Brown Thomas and Sephora. In Spain, the brand is present in 110 Sephora stores as well as six El Corte Inglés outlets; two in Madrid, two in Barcelona and stores in Bilbao and Zaragoza.
