Bioderma adds anti-itch spray to line up

French dermo-cosmetics brand Bioderma has announced three new products launching in the first half of 2018.

Bioderma Atoderm SOS Spray (£14.50 for 200ml and £8 for 50ml) is an ultra-fine mist with a hydrating milky texture that immediately refreshes and soothes, and which strengthens the skin barrier in order to prevent itching in the long term.

The newly launched product is preservative-free and, like all skus in the brand’s Atoderm range, has been formulated for very dry to atopic sensitive skins.

Also launching is Photoderm MAX Aquafluid, which offers very high sun protection (SPF50+ and UVA26) and a subtle tint (in light and gold colour options) with a light water-like texture plus an anti-shine finish.

Meanwhile, the upcoming addition to Bioderma’s Sensibio line for sensitive skins is Sensibio Deo Freshness.

The roll-on deodorant is hypoallergenic and free from aluminium salts, alcohol, parabens and fragrance.

Its deodorising action is due to decylene glycol, a moisturising ingredient with antimicrobial properties, and zinc ricinoleate, which neutralises odours by absorbing them.

The inclusion of a patented combination of enoxolone and golden algae extract, called Toleridine, means the deodorant increases skin’s tolerance threshold and reduces the reactivity of sensitive underarm skin.
