Birchbox has announced Claire Paull as its first Chief Communications Officer. Paull has worked for the beauty subscription service since 2011, previously holding the role of Vice President of Public Relations and Strategic Partnerships before this promotion.

She previously worked on key initiatives for the brand, including the launch of its men’s range and retail store opening in New York.
