Bobbi Brown partners with Mali Thomas as new Global Artist

The make-up artist and activist joins Nikki DeRoest and Romy Soleimani as the brand strengthens its artistry expertise

The beauty brand of make-up artist Bobbi Brown has partnered with Mali Thomas as one of its Global Artists in Residence.

The beauty brand owner joins Nikki DeRoest and Romy Soleimani in an effort for Bobbi Brown to strengthen its artistry expertise with “a fresh, modern eye”.

As well as creating looks for the brand, Thomas’ role will extend into product development, brand imagery, social content and education initiatives.

“Mali’s inspiring editorial, social and celebrity expertise coupled with her organic love of the brand and her innate ability to create fresh, healthy, glowing looks make her an ideal partner for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics,” said the brand in a statement.

During her tenure as in the sector, Thomas has built a strong portfolio of followings from famous faces including Patrick Starrr, Nikki Minaj and Adut Akech.

She has also been vocal on social media, advocating for women of colour with the #DewyBrownGirl campaign.
