Taking inspiration from its boutique on Place Vendôme, French jeweler Boucheron has created a new feminine fragrance. The aptly named Place Vendôme edp is said to reinterpret the light that falls in the square and features a white floral heavy olfactive formula, created by Olivier Cresp and Nathalie Lorson.
The scent opens with notes of rose essence and orange blossom, lifted with pink peppercorn. The heart meanwhile comprises peony, honey and jasmine petal, while benzoin and cedarwood create the warm lingering dry down.
The cylindrical bottle features a ‘clou de Paris’ pattern, which is topped with a gold stopped inlaid with a smoky quarz cabochon.
