This is a new appointment within a large organisation where you will join the brand team and take technical responsibility of all aspects of developing products across the category.
You will be working with labs, suppliers, regulatory and manufacturers both internally across the business and externally within the UK and internationally.
An overarching technical project management role where you will have experience and knowledge of formulations, ingredients, emerging technical developments, techniques and processes and advise and communicate into the brand team doing the due diligence to ensure everything is considered and adapted to allow innovative product ranges to be launched.
Colour experience will be of value but you will need to understand this category so you can ask the right questions and challenge the development process.
