Bulldog Skincare has added a new gentle Face Scrub to its growing Sensitive collection.
The scrub is designed to tackle irritation, redness, dryness and tightness of the skin.
In order to achieve this, Bulldog used ingredients that are proven to be sensitive on skin, the scrub took the brand six months to formulate.
The ingredients include: baobab oil, which is high in emollient power and known to help smooth skin; oat oil, which contains skin softening properties; and Canadian willow herb, which has phytochemical properties that freshen and smooth irritated skin.
Antonia Kenning, Head of New Product Development, said: “We also included quinoa and almond in the formula as they gently exfoliate the skin and feel mild.
“This was the key focus of this product as a lot of scrubs can exacerbate skin sensitivities.”
The brand recommend to use the scrub once or twice a week before shaving.
The product will be available to buy from Boots in the UK from 5 February and other retailers from March.
