Are you an ambitious key account manager with experience in private label beauty, cosmetics, or personal care?

As an experienced and ambitious KAM or BDM you will jump into this fast-paced and challenging role, taking 360 ownership of the sales and commercial elements with key retail accounts.

Your role will encompass driving sales and profit/margin performance, using your market knowledge to seek out new revenue and delivering growth opportunities. You will nurture and grow key retail accounts as you aim to exceed your client’s expectations regarding both innovation and creative initiatives. A champion of the customer relationship, you will manage the key account interface to ensure the flow of information and negotiate issues as they arise.

This role needs someone with impressive experience of growing key retail accounts, who can deliver results and stay on top of all the moving parts. With your understanding of the complexities of innovation and sharp eye for numbers enabling you to exceed targets (but not budgets), you will build a trusting and reliable relationship with clients and other key stakeholders.
