As Business Development Manager your priority will be to take ownership of the existing portfolio of companies and clients and ensure their profitability. You will research and identify new business opportunities, growth areas and markets, generating leads and contributing to business growth in the UK and Ireland. With your excellent eye for detail, you will create a strong sales pipeline, using sales forecasts and analysis to set goals that will develop the business.
This role needs a determined and enthusiastic individual with multiple years of sales experience in the ingredients industry or a similar sector. You will have a positive work ethic and are motivated by achieving targets and will use this to set goals for yourself. Your integrity will shine through as you build positive relationships with customers and suppliers, representing the business to the best of your ability.
