Sughera adds a natural touch to compacts

Over the last years, Corpack has focused on integrating natural materials and has strived to develop resource-saving packaging solutions for cosmetics.

At ADF&PCD Corpack (Booth M52) will be presenting new compacts and lipsticks developed in conjunction with the cork-based Sughera material. Sughera is a revolutionary material that consists of 70% natural cork and 30% rubber-blend. It can be produced in countless shapes and selected colours.

The velvety, soft-touch surface of the cork material makes the interaction with the package a more sensually pleasant experience. The Sughera components can be individualized and refined by various decoration techniques, such as embossing, silk-screening and UV printing.

The cooperation with the manufacturer Livingcap enables Corpack to be the first company to introduce SUGHERA in a wide range of cosmetic packaging.

New Dahlia pump for sensitive formulations

Another new design being presented at the show is the POM-free Dahlia pump, an ideal solution for sensitive formulations.

A metal-free channel guarantees that the spring does not come into contact with the product, avoiding allergenic tendencies.

The design goes well with a wide range of bottle shapes and gives the entire package a modern appeal.

Corpack offers the Dahlia pump with a matte finish in standard colours black and white, while customised colours are possible as well.

Dahlia is available in two versions: as a gel pump with a neck 20/410 and a dispensing volume of 220 mcl and as a lotion pump with a neck 24/410 and a dosage of 500 mcl.
