Calvin Klein has released a new fragrance Obsessed Intense, as part of the Obsessed Collection for men and women.
Obsessed Intense Calvin Klein For Her (from £43.70), created by perfumer Annick Menardo, is a female interpretation of oriental lavender intensified with liquid amber.
The fragrance includes top notes of citrus, elemi, mandarin; dry notes of labdanum, amber and accompanied by muscenone, violet, lavender and sage.
Meanwhile, Obsessed Intense Calvin Klein For Him (from £37.80) was formulated by Ilias Ermenidis and Christophe Raynaud.
This fragrance is a masculine interpretation of a vanilla infusion intensified with black amber.
It contains top notes of grapefruit, rhubarb, sichuan pepper; heart notes of cedar leaves, chaserman and cypriol; and a dry down of black amber, gurjum balsam and guaiac wood.
In contrast to the white packaging of the former Obsessed fragrances this range is minimalistic in a black bottle.
The collection became an iconic fragrance when Kate Moss became the fragrance’s face in 1993.
The photography was shot by her then boyfriend, Mario Sorrenti, who released never before seen images from the shoot to celebrate the launch of the former Obsessed fragrance last year.
Now, with the launch of the new Obsessed Intense fragrance, more photographs have been released of the iconic shoot.
The fragrances will be available globally from February.
