Nicky de Simone is the VP of Enterprise Marketing & Data of the Estée Lauder Companies.

She joined the US-led beauty conglomerate in 2011 as an administrative assistant within human resources and has spent the past decade rising the ranks with roles including Associate for Global Talent Development and Regional Brand Manager for Becca Cosmetics.

"It is not just about what you do but how you do it," she tells Cosmetics Business. "People remember how you make them feel and our job as leaders is to help our teams grow."
