The French skin care brand will now offer consumers at-home personalised advice
French skin care brand Caudalie has rolled a digital consultation service.
It is the latest cosmetics company to invest in online customer advisors as non-essential stores remain closed due to Covid-19.
Boots, Deciem, Glossier and Space NK have all launched versions of the retail initiative.
Caudalie customers can now receive a complimentary 20 minute consultation via video chat.
"With the help of one of our dedicated beauty experts, learn which clean, natural and effective Caudalie products suit your skin’s specific needs to keep it healthy and glowing," said the 25-year-old brand.
"Discover how to combine products for a totally personalised skin care routine and receive top tips on how, and in what order to apply products for best results."
