Acquisition of Dermika strengthens group’s position in Poland

Swedish manufacturer Cederroth has expanded its operations in Poland through the acquisition of Polish cosmetics company Dermika. The purchase conducted through Cederroth’s wholly owned subsidiary Soraya S.A. is estimated to increase Cederroth’s turnover in Poland by up to 30%.

“We are very pleased that through this acquisition we can continue to develop and further strengthen our already successful business in Poland,” said group ceo, Leif Wahlgren. “With the combination of Soraya and Dermika we will become the largest local supplier of face care products in the Polish market – a position we intend to consolidate further over the course of the next few years.”
