Changes at the top for Shiseido

Shinzo Maeda to become chairman and Hisayuki Suekawa to take over as president and ceo

Japanese cosmetics group Shiseido has appointed Shinzo Maeda, currently president and ceo, to the position of chairman. He will be succeeded as president and ceo by Hisayuki Suekawa. The changes take effect from 1 April and are part of the company's three-year plan to improve business operations across the group.
