China market spearheads growth for L’Occitane Group

Sales grew 8.7% for the full year as focus turns to Asia-Pacific

L’Occitane International has announced robust trading figures for the year ended 31 March, with net sales up 8.7% and growth in China at 12.1%.

“We continued our solid growth momentum through to the end of financial year 2019,” said Reinold Geiger, the group’s chairman and CEO.

“Looking forward, uncertainties are still present in some markets, such as the UK. However, there are still tremendous opportunities in other regions, such as the Asia-Pacific, where we will soon launch Elemis.”
