Independent European distributor of chemical ingredients Cornelius Group plc continues the strategy of international expansion, and announces the entrance to the Russian cosmetics market.
Cornelius has a long standing reputation of offering innovative ingredients from world leading producers of chemicals for the cosmetics, food and industrial applications.
