Initially scheduled to take place from 17-19 June, the event will now be held in July 2021

In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, in-cosmetics Korea has become the latest trade show to push back its 2020 event.

Set to take place on 17-19 June at COEX in South Korea’s capital city Seoul, the industry event has been pushed back by more than 12 months to 14-16 July 2021.

In a statement, Reed Exhibitions said the health and safety of its exhibitors was its “highest priority” and maintained the move was “the right decision”.

In response, the organisers are expected to launch a series of virtual events including product presentations, online conferences and video interviews with industry experts, as well as networking opportunities.

“We appreciate how important it is for the industry to stay connected during this time,” it continued.

“While we are disappointed we will not be able to offer visitors and exhibitors the opportunity to meet face-to-face in June, in-cosmetics Korea will continue its mission to be the best platform to connect the industry.

“We one again thank all our exhibitors, visitors and partners for their patience and support during these difficult and uncertain times, and we look forward to returning to Seoul next year.”
