Coty has announced Andrew Stanleick as its new Senior Vice President of Consumer Beauty in Europe.

Reporting directly to Laurent Kleitman, President of Consumer Beauty, he will oversee the growth of Coty’s Consumer Beauty division in the European region, including brands such as Rimmel, Max Factor and Bourjois.

A beauty industry veteran, Stanleick has more than 20 years of consumer goods experience.

Joining Coty from Coach Inc, where he has worked as CEO and President of Europe, he has also led teams in the APAC region.

Stanleick spent 13 years at L'Oréal, leading various consumer brands for the company in the UK, Russia, Poland and Malaysia and began his career at Unilever.

“I am pleased to welcome Andrew to Coty,” said Kleitman.

“He has a strong track record in leading successful businesses and teams, and delivering results.

“He brings solid relationships with key retail partners across the region. He is well-aligned to our culture and to our Coty purpose to celebrate and liberate the diversity of beauty.

“I am confident Andrew will be a strong addition to our leadership team and I look forward to working with him to drive our growth agenda.”

Based in Geneva, Stanleick started at Coty earlier this week.
