Coty-owned brand CoverGirl has launched its largest digital campaign to date.
The US-based cosmetics brand has dedicated its campaign to the women who inspired its TruBlend Matte Made foundation, featuring 40 inclusive shades (US$9.99).
CoverGirl also claims to have formulated the foundations to cater for specific skin care needs, after taking on board feedback from its customers.
The video features women from different ethnic groups wearing the foundation from different walks of life.
Among the hundreds of women showcased in the video are CoverGirl’s brand ambassadors: American actress, Issa Rae; Canadian-South African model, Maye Musk; and professional motorcycle racer, Shelina Moreda.
The film is wrapped up with a credit list thanking over 1,000 women who inspired the range.
CoverGirl’s TruBlend Matte Made foundation is available to purchase from walmart.com.
