Creed has launched a new scent for women, Aventus For Her (£120 for 30ml).
The fragrance compliments the male scent Aventus, which has been on the market since 2010. The women’s variation features top notes of green apple, violet, pink pepper and bergamot; heart notes of rose, styrax and Mysore sandalwood; and base notes of peach, cassis, amber and ylang ylang.
The scent was created by Olivier Creed and the House of Creed team by using an infusion technique that is said to date back 4,000 years. The technique is labour-intensive and is claimed to preserve the authenticity of each ingredient without the use of preservatives.
Creed said: “The final composition was no small feat, as we’ve worked tirelessly to create a fragrance that emulates women who are visionaries in their everyday lives. This was my compass of inspiration when developing it.”
