As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the point of contact for this prestigious award-winning brand.

You will act as a true ambassador for the brand, using your excellent communication skills and flawless attention to detail to reply to emails and chatting to customers on the phone.

You will take responsibility for processing orders, investigating and resolving any delivery or product issues, offering a truly outstanding customer experience at all times.

With a flexible can-do attitude, you will also support with day to day office management and other ad hoc admin duties.

Starting as a 3 month FTC with the view to become permanent, this is an amazing opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and experience to develop their career in an office based role.
