We can offer you a superb opportunity to join a luxury beauty brand who are growing at pace and are investing as their brand gains a global presence. Joining a small dedicated team, you will take ownership of all clinic and treatment bookings, liaising through multiple channels with high-net-worth Clients where service levels and discretion are key. Coordinating the Clinic team to ensure a smooth operation and ultimate customer experience. You must be highly organised, a lover of lists, and be a confident communicator through emails and in conversations. There will be regular events where you will take ownership of these, ensuring all equipment and materials are in the right place and at the right time.
Joining a small agile and very friendly team, you will naturally want to help out at peak pressure point times to make sure the brands ambitions and service levels across the business are achieved so you can’t be an individual to work line by line to the job description but truly feel like a key individual working as a team making a difference.
Our ideal candidate will have premium product and brand customer service experience who loves the world of luxury beauty and has a genuine interest in skincare regimes.
