Customer Service Manager to liaise and manage entire product development
We can offer you an exciting and challenging career opportunity to join a global category leader in private label products where you will take responsibility for customer service levels across Europe in a newly developed role within a growing business and structure.
Your task will be to ensure all aspects of customer orders are processed and executed efficiently which will involve liaising and managing the entire product development, supply chain, manufacturing and distribution process.
Customers expect on time, in full, best quality and price on all orders, your role will be to tie all the teams, internally and externally together to manage and deliver outstanding levels of service.
Your experience must have customer service at the forefront and you would have gained this within a private label contract manufacturing partner where retailers are the customer.
This specific experience will allow you to join and hit the ground running and have the credibility to lead a small talented team.
This continued growth and investment has developed the need for an extra tier of management to look after the specialist customer service team based in the UK, France and German so a small amount of travel is required.
If you can combine this with a fluency in French, that would really add value to your application but it is not essential.
