Q: ‘Heidi, my company put all of its staff on a pay freeze at the start of the pandemic, as we did not know if or how the business would survive.
Some people were furloughed and others were let go, but overall the company has managed to successful navigate its way through the last 16 months.
Since we’ve been on the pay freeze, it’s been nearly two years since my last salary increase, and I want to ask for a raise.
