UK consumers will spend £25bn ordering goods and services on their smartphones and tablets this year, according to a new survey by price comparison site uSwitch.
The figure is £10bn more compared to 2018, with 30 million consumers (12 million more than in 2018) intending to use their smartphone or similar device to make a purchase, a growth of 66% on last year.
