At in-cosmetics Korea, held in Seoul from 26-28 June, Dow’s Home & Personal Care business showcased several hair and skin care concepts for versatile, natural products that meet a wide variety of consumer needs.

Featured Dow ingredients included Dowsil 3903, a liquid satin blend that offers quick dry benefits and extreme satin-like smoothness in skin care, and provides a luxurious light silky feeling and enhanced conditioning when used in hair care; Epitex 99 Polymer, a hybrid water-based film former that delivers the long lasting wear of traditional silicone acrylate technology while being affordable enough for the mass market; and MaizeCare Style Polymer, a biopolymer derived from waxy corn starch, which forms a natural film in aqueous dispersions.
