DuPont Tate & Lyle Bio Products makes Zemea more widely available

IMCD to distribute in Italy and Dichem Chemicals in Greece


DuPont Tate & Lyle Bio Products has announced new distributor partnerships in western Europe for its 100% bio-based product Zemea propanediol. IMCD has been appointed distributor in Italy and Dichem Chemicals in Greece.

Zemea is a natural ingredient developed for use in cosmetics, personal care and home cleaning products, offering a sustainable alternative to petroleum-based glycols and promising a lack of skin irritation, improved moisturisation and good sensorial attributes. The ingredient is recognised by Ecocert and the Natural Products Association as an ingredient of natural origin.

Zemea is now available in more than 40 countries worldwide.”
