An amazing opportunity to join a masstige skin care brand at a pivotal time in their scale-up, leading the e-commerce strategy to drive the development of both the brand’s website and web trading strategy to achieve their hypergrowth and online potential, this role will work closely with the Commercial Manager.
You will define and implement the global digital vision and strategy across digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, eRetail and technology. Responsible for delivering profit and growth across UK and global own ecommerce and digital channels.
With strong analytical skills you’ll need to interrogate data to understand trends and causes for performance to help the site trader harder (Google Analytics and online sales analytics).
Leading the websites own content strategy to boost, support and grow revenue performance through creative means such as relevant blog posts.
Creating copy for SEO optimised content. Create, share and execute a content calendar on a week by week, month by month etc basis.
Setting strategic goals for digital marketing, e-commerce, social and CRM ensuring a seamless customer experience from acquisition through to retention.
This is a broad role which will suit an agile individual able to flex from strategy to execution in the same hour!

Previous experience and knowledge of working with Amazon is also desirable. If you have an additional European language skill, such as French, then this is also highly advantageous.
