The brand's latest campaign features an eight week US tour, charity donations and a new brush range

EcoTools has announced actress Vanessa Hudgens as its My True Beauty campaign Ambassador.

The former Disney's High School Music star will work with the ethical brush brand to encourage consumers to embrace beauty in all its forms.

"I am thrilled to collaborate with EcoTools to bring more awareness to the amazing My True Beauty campaign, which is all about having the confidence to live in your own beauty, love who you are, and make a beautiful impact on the world," said Hudgens.

"I love trying new looks and styles, but knowing where to start can be overwhelming. The My True Beauty tour aims to help women make their beauty routines more approachable and have fun with their look."

As part of the campaign the brand and Hudgens will undergo an eight week US tour which kicks off in New York City on 18 April.

Cities on the tour include Atlanta, Dallas and Chicago. Stops will feature five minute mini-makeovers, brush education, photo opportunities with Hudgens and beauty tutorials.

As part of the campaign EcoTools is donating $100,000 to The Girl Project, a charity by Glamour that aims to help girls around the world finish education.

It will also launch three limited edition brush sets: the Prepped for Change, Eye Am Courageous and Glow For It.
