Elemis launches Pro-Radiance Illuminating Eye Balm

Elemis has unveiled its new Pro-Radiance Illuminating Eye Balm (£34) targeting dark circles under the eyes. The coloured eye balm is said to provide an instant brightening effect, and leave the undereye area feeling nourished and refreshed.

It contains ingredients including bird of paradise flower, chamomile and arnica extracts, penstia powder and apricot kernel oil. The product comes packaged inside a tube that features a zamac head, which glides around the curves of the eye contour and is designed to produce a soothing and cooling effect.
