Alliance Data Systems’ Epsilon has signed a multi-year agreement with Sephora to provide targeted email marketing services. The services will focus on driving sales and creating a more personalised experience for customers, says Epsilon.
Under the terms of the agreement, Epsilon will provide a full suite of permission-based email marketing services including account and campaign management, as well as strategy and email delivery, said Epsilon in a press release.“Sephora is a highly innovative multi-channel retailer linking e-commerce and its stores to the digital ecosystem (social, web, email, mobile),” said Bryan Kennedy, chief executive officer of Epsilon. “Our companies are closely aligned in many ways, including our shared focus on understanding consumer behaviour and leveraging data to drive results.”
Epsilon will specifically make use of its Agility Harmony digital message platform, which it launched in August last year. The cloud-based package is designed to help brands orchestrate campaigns across email, social and mobile networks, and integrates with existing marketing and database systems.
