Fabrizio Freda, President and CEO at Estée Lauder, has offloaded more than 14,000 shares valued at around $12m.
The average share sell price was $87.8. While Freda’s sell-off appears to be close to the top of Lauder’s trading range for the year, some Wall Street beauty analysts remain positive on prospects. Freda is putting more energy into new Lauder skin creams plus a lower price base for entry-level Clinique products.
